Alex Scheffer has built a career focused on service and leadership with over 20 years of experience in property management and construction operations. He began his journey in 2004 at Fox Chase Contracting a family owned business, gaining hands-on experience while earning his Bachelor of Science from Penn State University In 2010. Now, as CEO of Fox Chase Contracting, Alex is focused on aligning the business to better serve property managers, communities, and industry partners. Alex holds professional designations including CMCA, ARM, and CPM. Passionate about elevating the property management industry, Alex remains committed to developing forward-thinking solutions and strong partnerships that support long-term community success.

Olivia Waterman - Operations Manager
Olivia brings a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership to her role as Operations Manager. With a strong background in construction and a drive for operational excellence, She is passionate about creating efficient field processes, organizing projects, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly to support community success. Olivia is committed to fostering a collaborative work environment and continuously improving processes to help Fox Chase Contracting deliver exceptional results. She is excited to contribute her expertise to a company that values precision, teamwork, and progress. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys hiking with her dog, Chopper, riding motorcycles, and volunteering with veteran-focused organizations that support those who’ve served.
Jose Hernandez - Technology & Marketing Director
With a passion for technology and a keen understanding of business needs, Jose has always been driven to use tech to advance business processes and foster growth. Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University and is committed to bridging the gap between technology and business, always looking for innovative ways to help companies advance their technology and internal processes. Jose is excited to bring his expertise to Fox Chase Contracting and grow with a company that shares his passion for innovation and progress. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to giving back to the community, with a passion for organizing food drives and providing meals through Hunters Helping the Hungry.
